All metals, including silver, naturally tarnish over time. Keeping your jewellery away from water and harsh chemicals will help maintain its beauty and extend its lifespan. For at-home cleaning, I recommend using lukewarm water with a mild, detergent-free dish soap and gently brushing with a soft toothbrush. To preserve its shine, store your jewellery in its original packaging when not in use.

For sterling silver pieces, I also offer rhodium plating to enhance shine and help reduce tarnishing, similar to the finish used on white gold. If you would like more information about this service, please feel free to contact me via chat or email.

If you experience any issues with your purchase, I offer complimentary repairs, polishing, and resizing for jewellery purchased within the past year.

Once your order has been handed over to Royal Mail, responsibility for any delays or damage during transit rests with the carrier.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for a refund. To qualify for a full refund, all items must be returned in their original packaging and in unworn condition.
